We require 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice will NOT be charged.

Late cancellations will be $25 per hour of appointment length.

Failure to notify us of a cancellation or not showing up for a scheduled service will result in a 50% service charge fee.

The salon will exercise the right to refuse services and booking to individuals who exhibit habitual disregard of 24 hour notice for cancellation or who are habitually rescheduling or running late.

Street parking is available on Petaluma Blvd, F Street and in Pinky’s Pizza parking lot.
